Parking & Road Closures
STREET CLOSURES

Wayne/Jefferson will both be closed from MLK to St. Louis. St. Louis will be closed from Jefferson to Wayne from 6:00 p.m. Friday to noon Sunday.

PARKING
​
On-street parking as well as the Main St. Garage will be free on Saturday. There will also be free parking at AM General, Crowe LLC, Peoplelink Staffing, Everwise Credit Union, and Zion Church.
The Wayne St. Garage, Leighton Garage, and the Century Center lot will also be available for $5.

Designated handicapped parking will be available in the Crowe LLC lot and in the AM Genreral Lot.

A Greener Art Beat
Art Beat Beat is proud to partner with the City of South Bend's Office of Sustainability to create a greener Art Beat by offering recycling and a water bottle filling station (located in the Howard Park Culinary Village); reusable water bottles are available for purchase by the water station and at the DTSB Info Booths for $5.

Art Beat After Parties
Art Beat ends at 7:00 p.m., but the downtown excitement does not! Head to these places when Art Beat is over:

3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
The Rocki Button – located just a block away from the west entrance of Art Beat – will be featuring an extension of Art Beat from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. with live music, an art gallery, vendors (3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.) and both alcoholic and N/A drinks available for purchase.

Art Beat After Party at The Hideaway
7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
The Hideaway, South Bend’s original speakeasy, will host an After Party with $2 off all of its prohibition-inspired signature cocktails. And for those who want to hang on to the end of summer a bit longer, you can enjoy a Tequila Sunrise for $6.

Art Beat After Party at Ironhand Wine Bar
7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Featuring live music by Lucas Miner, their Margarita Wine Release, $20 bottles /$6 glass of MI Cabernet Franc, and chef’s features: Chicken Skewers ($11), Crab & Shrimp Melts ($12), and Burrata ($14.)

Celtic After Party at Fiddler’s Hearth
7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Fiddler’s Hearth invites you to come party with the Celts after Art Beat! They’ll have food and drink specials with live music featuring Three Men in Kilts from 8:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Cool Runnings 1-Year Anniversary Weekend
4:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m.
Join Cool Runnings Restaurant & Bar as they celebrate their one-year anniversary with live music both inside on their stage and outside on their patio from 4:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.. $15 tickets are available for purchase at Cool Runnings in advance or $20 day-of.

South Bend Symphony Orchestra: Community Foundation Performing Arts Series
7:00 p.m.
The South Bend Symphony Orchestra will be presenting a full concert with a special animal-themed program. Event is free; bring a blanket or lawn chair for seating.

On-street parking is free throughout downtown on weekends. Free parking will also be available in the Main St. Garage, the Crowe parking lot (except the small, northern lot reserved for employees), the AM General lot, the Peoplelink lot, and the Zion/Howard Park lot. Handicapped parking will be available in the Crowe lot and the AM General lot. The Wayne St. Garage, Leighton Garage, and Century Center lot will also be available for parking for $5.
