Downtown South Bend events attract thousands of guests annually, bringing people together and creating a vibrant atmosphere. Come be a part of the action!
DTSB accepts both nonprofit and for-profit vendors at the following events: First Fridays, Summer Film Series, Red Table Plaza Concert Series and Downtown Trick or Treating. Fees vary based on vendor type. See application for details.
Applications for Art Beat artists will be open February through May and can be found here. If you're interested in having a booth at any other DTSB event not listed above, email Kylie Carter at for more information.
Vendors will need to provide their own tents, tables, chairs and tent weights. Food vendors will need to fill out a temporary food permit with the St. Joseph County Health Department, which can be found here.
Vendors will be assigned a 10x10 space unless they indicate a different size is needed. Vendors will be emailed their event location, setup and parking info the week prior to the event.
DEADLINES & PAYMENT
Vendor applications are due 30 days prior to the event. Payment must be made prior to start of event and can be done by check, cash or PayPal.
Electricity is available in certain locations and can be purchased for an additional $20.
DTSB (Downtown South Bend, Inc.) reserves the right to limit the number of vendors with similar products/services, and accept/deny any vendor. Nonprofit vendors are encouraged to have a value-add or activity that corresponds with the theme. DTSB will not be held responsible for any damages, theft or injury to any person or persons attending, buying or selling at events. DTSB discourages vendors from distributing messaging designed to induce conversion to a particular faith, support for a candidate or political party.
