Are you looking for ways to be more intentional with your upper body in your dancing? Rethink how you touch the pole and your body in Dirty Hands, a self-love-themed workshop at Soma Pole Studio. We'll explore gesture expression with arms, hands, and fingers. The workshop includes a Dirty Hands specific warm up, choreo sequences that you can incorporate into your own movement style, and a Valentine's surprise for all participants. This workshop is appropriate for all levels but participants must have taken an Intro to Pole class.
