November First Fridays theme is "YESvember" and we are encouraging people to say “yes” to something new! We have created a menu of experiences and opportunities for you to say "yes" to, including saying  "yes" to fitness at the Beacon Health & Fitness FREE Fitness Fest Friday, saying "yes" to trying something zany like bubble soccer, or saying "yes" to saving lives by giving blood at the Bloodmobile. FREE PARKING

Parking (on-street and in DTSB-managed garages) is always free in downtown South Bend nights and weekends.  For full details on downtown parking options, click here

FREE TRANSPO SHUTTLE

 

As always, Transpo will be offering FREE shuttle rides on one of their new CNG buses from 5:00 to 9:00 pm. Click here for a map of the shuttle route. Transpo shuttle service will pass each stop approximately every 15 minutes.

The shuttle service now has First Fridays Tour Guides! They will tell you all about the different activities and promotions taking place downtown at First Fridays, as well as give general info about the downtown businesses, mixed with historical tidbits and fun facts. Grab a seat on the new First Fridays Transpo Tour, and enjoy the informative ride!

As a special treat, The Music Village Jammers will be performing on the First Fridays shuttle from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Say "yes" to donating blood and saving lives this First Fridays! The South Bend Medical Foundation will have its Bloodmobile parked on Jefferson (by I Heart SB Statue) from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Flavor Stops

 

Flavor Stops offer First Fridays guests the chance to say "yes" to trying new restaurants and some unique food items. Participating restaurants will have a "Flavor Stop" sign in front of their business, and will be offering small plates for small prices. You're encouraged to do a progressive dinner throughout downtown, sampling new cuisine at each stop!
