Jessica Bamber serves as the Director of Events and Strategic Partnerships for Downtown South Bend, Inc. (DTSB), where she leads the planning and execution of downtown events, community activations, sponsorship development, and strategic partnerships that support a vibrant and connected
downtown South Bend.

Jess brings more than 20 years of experience in
marketing, business development, communications, event coordination, and community engagement across nonprofit, healthcare, and business sectors. Throughout her career, Jess has been recognized for her ability to build meaningful relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and create experiences that connect people and strengthen communities. She has extensive experience in public outreach, event planning, sponsorship cultivation, communications strategy, and organizational development.

 

Jess is deeply involved in the South Bend community and has served with several local organizations and initiatives, including Honoring Choices Northern Indiana, where she serves as Vice Chair. In addition to her professional work, Jessica is a certified yoga teacher and enjoys incorporating wellness, mindfulness, and balance into both her personal and professional life.

Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University South Bend and a Bachelor of Science degree from Bethel College. She lives in South Bend with her husband, Tony, and their two Boston Terriers, JellyBean and Hermes.
