Egg Stravaganza is the annual celebration of spring and Easter in downtown South Bend. Activities and specials will be located on the Gridiron and throughout businesses downtown.
Masks will be required at Gridiron activities and inside businesses. Hand sanitizer will be available at the Gridiron. Due to current COVID-19 guidelines, there will be a maximum of 100 people allowed on the Gridiron at any time. Additionally, anyone experiencing symptoms of illness are asked to not attend.

Visit the St. Joseph County Public Library booth on the Gridiron where they will have sidewalk chalk, an origami craft, and butterfly puppets (for younger kids.)
EGG PAINTING & DYING

The East Bank Learning Center will have egg painting and dying at their booth at the Gridiron.
12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. | DTSB | Gridiron
Free drop-in games on the Gridiron, with treat-filled eggs given out as prizes. Children must wear masks and sanitize hands prior to participating.

All ages are welcome! The winner will receive a book basket.

Visit the Easter Bunny on the Gridiron - inside a giant Easter Basket! You are welcome to take your own pictures with him, so don’t forget your camera! Masks will be required, and the bunny will be 6 feet behind the children. A physically-distanced line for the Easter bunny will be marked out on the Gridiron. Visits are free.
